The Lanagan Group specializes in real estate sales, marketing and consulting, both locally in Southern California, Middle Tennessee, as well having a background internationally. We have worked extensively with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and have been recognized, not just for top production, but also for being efficient, creative and innovative. We have an extensive background in marketing, mortgage and finance, we bring experience to clients who rely upon our expertise and guidance for all their real estate needs.
Our goal is to have relationships with our clients for life, not just until the transaction closes. Our clients are never just a transaction, we are there for them throughout the process of homeownership.

As founder and CEO of The Lanagan Group, Ethan worked independently for a number of years before deciding to expand into other markets through his association with Compass and Seven Gables Real Estate. In his first year in Real Estate, Ethan was the only new agent to reach an Elite Agent level of production, and it is a standard he has maintained throughout his career.
He attributes much of his success to the fact that he focuses on building trusting relationships with his clients and putting their needs first. He also believes in the power of effective communication and never underestimates the importance of maintaining his personal integrity and values. Many of his clients agree and often attest to his being “one of the most driven, caring people whose purpose is to exceed expectations.”
Their Family relocated from Orange, CA to Franklin TN where they currently live. Married to his beautiful wife Erica and the proud father of twin boys Camden and Beckett, Ethan spends his spare time with family, traveling, dining, enjoying local activities, nature, and entertaining friends.
